  • To get started simply sign up for a FREE consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals and fitness history. From there we will create a personalized plan involving training, nutrition, cardio, recovery, etc.. Which you can follow via video sessions, the Trainerize app, and or detailed written instructions.

  • The frequency of your sessions depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Typically 3 days a week for beginner lifters is ideal for seeing consistent progress, and 4-6 days a week for more advanced lifters depending on their goals of course. But we can adjust based off what works for you.

  • We track your progress with regular check ins, picture check ins, goal assessments, and by monitoring improvements in your strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. You’ll also notice improvements in how you feel, move, and recover.

  • A bodybuilding prep typically includes a structured training plan (strength training, hypertrophy-focused routines), a customized nutrition plan, cardio recommendations, supplementation guidance, and peak week strategies to optimize your physique for the stage.

  • Bodybuilding prep is a more specialized and intense process. It focuses on extreme fat loss while maintaining muscle mass to achieve a lean, muscular physique. Training will be more focused on hypertrophy (muscle growth) with specific strategies for achieving a competition ready physique, unlike regular fitness training, which is more general in nature.

  • Posing is critical in bodybuilding because it’s how you showcase your physique to the judges. Even if you spent months or years building muscle, improper posing can hide your hard work. Proper posing maximizes your physique’s strengths and minimizes weaknesses. Giving you the best chance to shine on stage.

  • While it’s possible to learn the basics of posing on your own, a coach can provide personalized feedback, help you identify weak spots, and offer corrections that make a significant difference. Posing coaching ensures you perform the most flattering poses and transition smoothly between them. Honing your posing ability to a higher level!

Bodybuilding prep/offseason

  • Consult with me about what show you plan on doing and we will as a team come up with the proper plan to bring you in the best shape and package of your life for competition. Or as a team we will come up with the proper plan for the offseason to create a show winning physique to prep for competition. Includes in detail nutrition plan, in depth training program/analysis, and weekly/daily check ins! I love to be able to educate all my bodybuilding clients on my methods and strategies for prepping and how I tackle the offseason. I want to show you how you and I will operate as a team and for you to give full trust in me to lead and educate you to progress as a bodybuilder!

Lifestyle Coaching

  • If you’re not looking to compete, but are wanting to reach your goals inside and even outside the gym then lifestyle coaching is for you! Iv’e trained over 100 different individual clients ranging from every type of person you could imagine and created lots of amazing relationships! Weight loss? Body recomposition? Strength training? Get in overall better shape? Better endurance? We’ll create the best training, nutrition, and cardio plan together that will get you to your goals!

Soccer Specific Fitness Training

  • 1 on 1 and group strength and conditioning sessions specifically tailored to soccer players at all different levels. I also provide technical training sessions in combination with strength and conditioning sessions to give players an all around intense and efficient overall session. As a former competitive player, current ASG travel Head Coach for the 2014 & 2016 teams, and the current ASG Warner Strength and Conditioning Coach for the entire club. I will evaluate each individuals technical ability and overall fitness ability to help them get to the next level programming tailored sessions for each individual player!

  • Why train with me? Bodybuilding is more than just a hobby for me, it’s my life’s passion. Every workout, every rep, and every set is an opportunity to improve, refine, and hone my craft. I live and breath the process of building muscle, sculpting a physique, and maximizing every possible detail to leave no stone unturned.
