The Importance of Nutrition

Client examples of how much Nutrition is the most important part of your progress. Whether you're prepping for competition, trying to lose/gain weight, eating for peak strength, or eating for peak athletic performance. Nutrition is one of my main specializations, I’ve learned through endless research from books, magazines, articles, videos, NASM, and various mentors who are professional bodybuilders, powerlifters, and former athletes, and other more experienced trainers. My own experience with different nutrition diets and food experimentation for different desired results and trial and error have taught me exactly about how one should feel and perform at their very best. While knowing how everyone and their bodies are unique, and different types of diets and foods will affect everyone differently. One of my clients in the pictures on top, is great example how following the nutrition plan 100% and not cheating at all on your diet can change your life. Going from 225 to 145 and maintaining her weight of being in the mid to high 140’s which is a testimony to the importance of nutrition. My main goal is not only to give out a plan, but to educate and break down every detail, so the person on the plan can understand how the foods they’re eating are affecting there physical look, mood, and performance. Breaking everything down from meal frequency, meal timing, micronutrients, glycemic index, electrolytes, digestion, macros, and much more. Another testament for the importance of nutrition is how my client Ronque completely changed his body composition and strength drastically in such a short amount of time. While he was already consistent in training and eating relatively good. I put him on a very specific diet and training program with a set goal in mind, achieving that goal in just under 2 months. And I’ve been working with Jeremy for a year already, making different adjustments to his nutrition plan in order to improve his body composition and strength as well. We’ve had to deal with minor problems like work schedule, sleep schedule, and digestion/bloating issues and properly adjust to solve those problems to meet his goals. Knowing how to properly adjust to each individuals unique needs and knowing that everyone is different. I also know it’s extremely important to quickly find the problem and find the solution with the right adjustments to keep the progress headed in the right direction.
